Salary : 1st year 20-22k (40k+ OTE) 2nd year 22-25k (80k+) 3rd year 30k (120k+OTE)

Your role:
- Building a portfolio of candidates & clients, running your own part of the business.
- Interviewing candidates and giving informed feedback
- Proactively source new clients (Business Development)
- Headhunt prospective candidates
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Degree level education preferred but non graduate candidates also considered
- Evidence of a strong work ethic
- Sociable nature with a good sense of humour
- A real desire to make a career for themselves in the recruitment industry
- Really ambitious and money motivated
- No sales experience necessary but highly favourable (B2B/B2C/Telesales)
- If you are able to speak Norwegian, Dutch or German this would be an advantage but is not necessary to apply for this.
